Be as specific and provide as many details as you can as this helps me create the most comprehensive plan
I'll get to work on creating a customized nutrition plan for race day that will take into account your personal preferences and race specifics (terrain, temperature, altitude, etc..)
Use your plan on race day and see the difference that having an actual strategy for nutrition can make!
