Do you have a fall marathon on your calendar?

Don't just grab a free training plan from the internet. It's not going to take into account your life or your goals. 


Starting July 7, you'll get access to a 16 week marathon plan that is built off of your goals. It will consist of easy runs, running workouts, strength and cross training days, and of course rest days

In this group training program you'll get access to a Certified Run Coach who will provide a training plan that syncs with your GPS watch. You'll also have access to a Registered Dietitian that specializes in working with runners to help nail down run specific nutrition and how to adjust your meals to meet the demands of training.  PLUS you'll have access to a community of other runners who are all training for fall marathons to ask all your questions and to support each other. Monthly group calls are also included!
